822 George Street is an iconic heritage landmark in the CBD. Sydney Commercial Interiors were engaged to completely demolish and refit the interior of this historic building, transforming its insides from a derelict state to six levels of modern, edgy and unique co-working and serviced offices, respecting the heritage features of the building. Chris says of the project: “SCI were delighted to be the builders on this great project. The design of the building respects the existing heritage features which make it unique. Projects like this are exciting to work on but complex as with old buildings there are inevitably obstacles. It is my job though to work through those and deliver a finished product all are proud of. I believe this was done.”
